Award Winners

We held our annual awards on Saturday 27th October at Littlehampton Golf Club. Over 60 people attended to see the awards be given and listen to our guest speaker Tim Peters. Tim is unfortunately retiring after 36 years playing for Littlehampton, Clapham and Patching. He’s taken hundreds of wickets, scored plenty of runs and most importantly is part of even more stories; a brilliant guy to have in any team. As a thank you to the amazing services Tim has given to LCPCC over the 36 years, the club are extremely happy to make Tim a life member of LCPCC. 

The awards winners were:

Clubman of the year – Mike Askew

1st XI Player of the year – Ryan Budd

2nd XI Player of the year – Darren Bazley

3rd XI Player of the year - Tim Peters

4th XI Player of the year – Phil Merritt

Under 21 player of the year – Jack Turner

Most runs – Darren Bazley

Most wickets - Ryan Budd

Fielder of the year – Mac Cox

Highest partnership – Ally James and Louis Paul vs Crawley

Highest tailenders partnership - Mike Askew and Nathan Perry vs Eastonians

Twitter player of the year – Ryan Budd

We held our colts awards the night before in the pavilion. The award winners were:
